Management Profile

Uche is responsible for overall management of the organisation. Uche started his career at Diamond Bank Plc in 2003, where he worked in Operations between 2003 to 2005, and later moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc where he worked in many departments ranging from Operations, Marketing, but mainly in Securities Dealing Services Department (SDS) in Investment Banking Division and resigned in 2009 to join Dunbell Securities Limited as the Chief Operating officer and later MD/CEO, he has a HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, in 2000, a PGD in Financial Management from Abubakar Tafawa Belewa University Bauchi, in 2002, a Bsc in Economics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in 2008. He is a Stockbroker and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Fred Chinelobi Uwom is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate Member Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He started his career with Olalekan Ademoye & Co. Chartered Accountants where he rose to the position of Audit Manager before he joined First Equity Securities Limited, a stocking brokerage firm in the Finance industry where he became the Chief Accountant.

Later he joined Al Grain Foods Limited as the Accountant from where he moved to Richbon Group, a company in the automotive industry as the Group Financial Controller.

He has worked in different companies and has over 20years experience which cuts across Finance, Security as well as Food and Beverage industries. He is married with children.

Mr. Adesanwo holds an HND in Accounting and Masters in Banking and Finance (MBF) from the Lagos State University. He is a Fellow Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN) and Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).He worked as Audit Trainee with KPMG AUDIT between 1998 and 1999.

Morayo had worked as Head, Financial Control & Operations in a reputable Stockbroking Firm, First Stockbrokers Ltd and Supra commercial Trust Ltd for over Eight years before joining the dUNBELL Securities Limited as the Head, Compliance before he was moved to Head the Account Department as the Head, Financial Control & Admin in January 2012.

Chiaghanam Obiageli is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She graduated from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with BSc. in Economics. Obiageli has gathered robust experience from various sectors of the Financial Services Industry particularly in Banking and now the Nigerian Stock Exchange through Dunbell Securities Limited as Head, Risk Management and currently Head, Business Development and Management.

She is a passionate result-oriented leader who delights in process improvement and providing a fair playing field that adds value to lives and derives strength from making happy memories with family and friends.

She brings to the table a plethora of skills and offers pragmatic financial advisory solutions to complex issues.

Mr. Olajiga graduated from University of Ado-Ekiti formally Ondo State University in 1994 with a Bsc in Banking and Finance, he also has an MBA from the same school in 2006, he has over ten years experience in the capital market, his last place of work before joining Dunbell Securities Limited was IMTL Securities Limited where he worked as the head of operation. He has a good understanding of the operations of the capital market and this he has shown in his dedication to duties.

ETUMUDON holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Second Class Upper Division in Zoology from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria in 1997. He is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of portfolio Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and a student member, chartered Institute of Stockbroker (CIS). He has one year banking career and over ten years experience in the capital market. He has worked in various departments in stockbroking ranging from Marketing, Research and operations. His last place of work before joining Dunbell Securities Ltd was Consolidated Investment Ltd where he worked as Assistance Manager, Operations. He has a good understanding of the operations of the capital market which has given him an edge in the analysis of companies operating in the capital market.
